PEACE TO NIGERIA - Part 6: A Prayer For The Election

The day has finally come. The presidential election is finally here and ongoing. Nigerians are trooping out in their millions to cast their votes for their preferred candidate. No one really knows how it will turn out as yet but our collective desire is not unknown: Let righteousness prevail and may this election establish the interest of God in our nation, favour the people of Nigeria and follow a peaceful, free, fair and credible process.

I invite all well meaning Nigerians to join this prayer for our nation even as we simultaneously discharge our civic duties by showing up to vote our candidates.

Let us pray.

Lord, influence the decisions of Nigerians. Cause the majority to align with your candidate for us and lead our nation out of her present darkness into light.

Lord, whosoever represents Goliath leading the warring Phillistines against this nation, may he fall before your anointed David in today's election, whoever that is also. Even if he is from a smaller party and all he has are five (5) smooth stones and a catapult, O God, our Lord, bring down the Goliath and deliver your people from their enemies.

Lord, freeze all weapons, catch the crafty in their craftiness, disappoint the expectations of those who plot evil, and let not man prevail. O Lord, make Nigerians see today that you, The Almighty rules in the affairs of men.

BE COMFORTED NIGERIANS: The result of this election shall be GOD'S RESULT as it was in 2015. And ALL NIGERIANS WILL WIN! This nation will not descend below the CIVILIZATION of 2015 where the incumbent President conceded defeat and went home a hero.

Since there can only be one winner, may the candidates that will LOSE this election also ACCEPT defeat and go home with HONOUR for "no man's ambition is worth the blood of any Nigerian."

Peace to Nigeria!

WHAT GOD TOLD ME ABOUT NIGERIA

WHAT GOD TOLD ME ABOUT NIGERIA        - BY MACPAUL IFEANYICHUKWU OKOLO - The Bible says in the book of Isaiah 60:2 “ For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. ” [NKJV] Despite the worldwide intoxication, moral downgrade, economic meltdown, conspiracy theories, terror threats, separatist movements, refugees and immigration problems, social restiveness and artificial intelligence, genetic engineering, euthanasia and cloning, situational ethics and value modification; the word of God holds true to any nation or people that will look up to God for direction and leadership. The future is always bright for the nation that finds their placement in God’s order of events. As one who has stood before the Presence of the Lord seeking and obtaining relief for Nigeria for nearly two decades, I can conveniently tell you that God rules in the aff...

GOD’S BLUEPRINT FOR NIGERIA [Part 2]

GOD'S BLUEPRINT FOR NIGERIA [PART 2]   By Macpaul Ifeayichukwu Okolo CHANGE BRINGS PROGRESS IT IS NOT PROGRESS THAT BRINGS CHANGE BAD ATTITUDE HINDERS PROGRESS - Macpaul I. Okolo   FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK Thank you for following us as God unveils His blueprint for our dear nation, Nigeria . Today, we will find out the kind of change God wants for N igeria and Nigerians.   Now, the story continues...   Aside from the difference in the political nature of the three sons of Mr. Nigeria, there are clear differences in other areas of their lives, their economy for example. Feudal’s nature favours MONOPOLY; Monarchy favours STATE CONTROLLED ECONOMY while Republican favours FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM.   From birth, these brothers had played down these natural propensities, whereas in truth they are forces that cannot be ignored. God will have Nigerians know everyone’s socio-political nature is an endowment from God and it dictates ...

FAITH OBEYS - Win By Obedience

FAITH OBEYS - Win By Obedience (WORD FOUNDATION 2018) By Macpaul Ifeanyichukwu Okolo Happy new year Nigerians! Welcome to the Word at the foundation. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God... All things were made by Him..." (John 1:1-2) Every child of God ought to put the Word of God at the beginning of everything he does and run the entire course by the Word of God. If you want to build a rich relationship with God, a happy family, an acceptable ministry, a successful enterprise, business or excel at your job, or even to play well, you can only do so by the Word of God. Everything will fail and fade with time, only the things built on the Word of God will endure forever. Here's the Word of God, healthy and pure, that you can put at the foundation of your life this year and beyond for it is an eternal truth. Operate this key today, tomorrow, all year round and for years to come and it will continue to deliver to you ...
